Customer Service Representative (Rialto, CA)

Job Description
Provides courteous and efficient customer service and answers basic customer inquiries. Provides routine administrative support to assigned group.
- Answers telephone calls and/or emails regarding service in English/Spanish, operation or maintenance
- Accurately process customer in-person and electronic file payments using the customer information system
- Researches and answers customer inquiries
- Process customer requests for service or start/stop service
- Performs clerical and administrative duties as required
- Process customer complaints and forwards to proper department to properly address concerns
- Assists others in the office as needed
High School Diploma or GED plus additional specialized courses or Associates Degree in a related field
At least one ore more years internal or directly related experience with knowledge of departmental functions, policies, procedures, terminology and interrelationships
Demonstrates thorough knowledge of Customer service and Billing systems
Must demonstrate ability to pay close attention to details and present good planning, organization and time management skills
