Data Entry and document management of customer data and documents. Possible customer interaction.
- Duties include coordinating customer shipments & managing paperwork related to the shipment and receipt of waste & materials, including creating work orders, ensuring profiles are active and scanning / uploading documents as well as researching and resolving billing discrepancies, and email and phone correspondence with internal and external customers as needed.
