The Digital PMO Business Line Lead will continue to build on this heritage by taking digital solutions directly to customers to drive the next generation of the built world. The Digital PMO Business Line Lead will set the vision for our commercial offerings that drive the digital transformation of large capital programs, working closely with customers to identify and implement solutions that produce significant business impact. This role will be highly engaged with understanding our prospective customer's current state technology along with future roadmaps for digital program management. They will have an understanding of customer enterprise systems and how an evolving digital PMO fits together in both OT and IT worlds. The successful candidate will be skilled at uncovering the root of problems to be solved and will constantly be driving to unlock value for our customers. They will build relationships throughout the customer organization to maximize opportunities to partner with them to capitalize on their technology investments. They will lead and coordinate teams, providing oversight for proposing and executing complex technology systems implementations and integrations leveraging other business lines in our Technology Consulting organization. They will integrate our matrixed sales and marketing groups to continue expanding the business footprint.

The ideal candidate will align with the following experience:
  • Broad experience with Construction Project Management Information Systems (Electric Utility experience strongly preferred)
  • Experience implementing technology solutions to meet practical business needs at the intersection of OT and IT
  • Previous roles that engaged with external customers in a consulting capacity
  • Working with customer IT and OT staff to deploy/integrate/adopt intelligence and reporting platforms
  • Creating strategic business plans focused on service definition and business growth
  • Organizing and solving problems with data that lead to results with business impact
  • Developing customer relationships and winning work
  • Leading and developing technical teams

Role Responsibilities:
  • Capture market needs to build/refine service offering portfolio and chart long-term objectives
  • Articulate the business case and value proposition for various digital solutions
  • Collaborate with other Technology Consulting Business Lines to develop robust value-rich solutions
  • Leverage across the organization to position offerings with customers and manage a sales pipeline
  • Lead team of Subject Matter Experts and Project Managers in the delivery of service offerings
  • Be a champion of digital transformation with customers organizations
  • Contribute to industry solution thought leadership
  • Build deep customer relationships with key accounts
  • Provide subject matter expertise for the pursuit of new business opportunities
  • Support sales activities to increase win probability for key accounts and business line opportunities
  • Other duties as assigned
  • Anticipated travel: up to 35%

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, or related degree from an accredited program. A minimum of 13 years of relevant consulting experience.
  • MBA preferred.
  • Excellent business acumen with proven success managing consulting engagements.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to quickly and efficiently interpret large data sets.
  • Ability to uncover customer needs, develop recommendations and deliver them persuasively.
  • Expert facilitation, collaboration, organization, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong understanding of financial concepts.
  • Excellent planning and analytical skills.
  • Must demonstrate excellent oral and written communication skills; strong interpersonal skills; and the ability to clearly and effectively present complex information to all levels of employees, management, and clients.
