Job Description
General Role Description:
Change Ticket Project Assistant will assist the network change ticket engineer in creating change tickets, tracking ticket progress, and closing tickets to completion.
Common network change tickets involve installation and commissioning of various technologies including, but not limited to Nokia MPLS routers, RAN equipment, DWDM equipment, MW radios, and SEL-ICON.
General Role Responsibilities:
- Identifying and investigating details to create change tickets.
- Reporting statuses of change tickets
- Attending field and ticket coordination meetings
- Working with other change ticket project assistants and change ticket engineers.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Strong written/verbal communication skills, leadership skills, organizational and analytical/problem-solving skills required.
