Job Description


Pay: $40-48/hr

Overview

Job Responsibilities
  • Participate in project design and construction meetings
  • Manage team safety work observation entries and provide weekly roll-ups
  • Manage project-related paperwork by ensuring all necessary materials are current, properly filed and stored
  • Maintaining and monitoring project plans, action item lists, project schedules, work hours, budgets, and expenditures
  • Manage document submittals to site records
  • Develop project related correspondence
  • Provide support for SAP entries associated with project purchase order requests
  • Provide miscellaneous support to Project and Construction Managers
  • Provide corrective action support
  • Provide project parts support for construction activities
  • Support project implementation overtime activities
  • NET in-processing and proctor training
  • Document Control for various projects

Top Required Skills
  • Knowledge of SAP application
  • Knowledge of PAMS applications
  • Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Knowledge of Documentum File Management System
  • Ability to work on tight deadlines and support overtime

What soft skill requirements do you have (team fit and personality requirements)?
  • Strong communication skills both verbal and written
  • Ability to lead, collaborate, or work effectively in a variety of teams, including multi-disciplinary teams

Preferred Years of Experience:
  • 10 years nuclear power station experience

Education:
  • Minimum Highschool Degree
