Description:
Candidate will be responsible for ensuring proper, accurate, and timely flow of materials.
The candidate must be able to apply deductive reasoning skills to ensure appropriate analysis is performed for any inventory variances.
Candidate will be responsible for the following day to day activities:
  • Verify and order the materials that are needed for each print;
  • Day to day tracking of materials;
  • Create order spreadsheet for material tracking;
  • Create a material reconciliation spreadsheet;
  • Verify the material ordered was received;
  • Verify invoices are correct and matches the original order;
  • Will be responsible for handling material order issues such as missing MTRs;
  • Communicate with vendors regarding quality issues with material;
  • Handle delays and long lead times;
  • Issues with material;
  • Must have vast knowledge of MTRs;
  • Manage material from issue to construction until delivery to the material office clerk.
  • Will maintain inventory of equipment, materials, and parts needed to complete production, expedite and establish delivery dates for spare parts orders.
