Job Description

Pay: $55-65/hr


This position will be responsible for planning temporary power work orders and supporting electrical planning for our modification projects. The planner will need to be able to walk down the work in the field in order to accurately plan work packages.
  • Able to handle the most complex work and all aspects of the job using wide knowledge of the field and mastery (advanced knowledge, skill and/or abilities that provides subject matter authority and superior command in a particular job) of the subject matter
  • May provide input in setting objectives and policy, identifying critical issues and introducing new concepts
  • Makes decisions independently
  • Provides assistance, advice, and solutions to peers, customers, and co-workers
  • Identifies and implements better work alternatives and business processes

Top Required Skills
  1. Nuclear Electrical Mods and/or Electrical Maintenance Planning Experience
  2. Good people and computer skills
  3. Ability to read and interpret plant drawings and design packages
  4. Nuclear experience is required.
Soft Skills:
  • Strong communication skills both verbal and written
  • Ability to lead, collaborate, or work effectively in a variety of teams, including multi-disciplinary teams
  • Must get along with a variety of people and personalities. Has to interface with the craft and with management.
Nice to Have Skills:
  • Maximo/PAMs experience (this is the software we use for planning)
Preferred Years of Experience:
  • 5+ years of experience
