Job Description
- A strong background in Finance and overall use of numbers
- Ability to work with finance, understand account codes, perform a reconciliation monthly
- Learn the terminology and accept positive criticism
- Work with all levels of management, both internally and externally
- Ability to create lifecycle schedule templates and initial engineering change package schedules (gathering details and input from Responsible Engineers and managers).
- Ability to created files in Primavera P-6 and Access Databases to: track WO status in MMP and station schedules for WISM, maintain Engineering Status Reports, engineering schedules and many other items. Ability to work in appropriate modules in CAS and standards requirements/compliance. Ability to assist with contract development.
- Single point of contact to validate and status the engineering schedule commitments for each month.
- Single Point Contact to process and track all of the engineering and documentation deliverables to and from the project contracted vendors.
- Single Point Contact to process all vendor documents into document control. Author of required Daily Reports.
- Develops engineering outage work schedules that minimized the impact to ongoing engineering activities while also minimizing O/T charges to the company. Additional related tasks as needed.
